Dual Station

Two stations are right angle having vertical and horizontal nozzle is the unique feature of DSDI PMP Wax Injection Press. It comes with patented vertical nozzle with ejector system. Operation cycle of dwell and work can be set such that only one operator can operate dual station. Real time operation parameter can be monitored and controlled by touch screen based control panel. With new user centric design it is possible to have one station now and second station can be added any time with same wax tank. Overall productivity, cost and cycle time has been optimized with 1+1 kind of solution.

Ultraspeed Line

Ultraspeed line kicks off the next generation series of the fastest drilling and routing machines in the market. Thanks to its performances and flexibility it can reach a vast range of markets, from aerospace to PCB passing thru automotive, medical and many others. It offers intuitive, highly innovative and timeless design. All the design components build the bases for a brand’s strong personality and a unique and recognizable product design language.

Janus

The aim of the project is to make an excavator that is more specialized for future workspaces. The material handling industry has a narrow workspace and material handler excavators are machines with many blind spots. So the Janus was designed with maneuverability and full visibility in mind. Interviews with the people inside the material handling industry done by the designer showed him that these people want this industry to be seen as different from other heavy machine industries. The form shows this by going out of the standart excavator design and being a more different vehicle.

INSTANAUT

Formon Core

Formon Core is designed for the end user, as a plug-and-play device. The whole approach in the design process was to remove the perceptual barriers from the user’s sight, such as cables, motors and other technical elements. By removing these items, Formon Core is psychologically perceived as simple and easy to use and consequentially understood on how it works. The box like appearance resembles a magic box which opens upwards and reveals the printed object. As opposed to the competitors in the market, Formon Core doesn’t look like a factory machine that is not home or office friendly.

Happaratus

Happaratus is a power tool that is worn as a glove and enables a user to shape and sculpt hard materials such as wood or stone using the hand. The tool has great potential for disrupting traditional crafts, as it opens up the possibility of creating very complex shapes with a very intuitive workflow. A prototype has been tested by artisans from various disciplines including stone-carving and furniture restoration. David Neat, a London based sculptor used a Happaratus prototype to create Grinlings, a series of beautiful wooden objects.
