Ultraspeed Line

Ergonomic

Ergonomic Salon Hair Dryer is a new face of salon hair dryer. By using the space under the salon chair and putting the motor of hair dryer in there, its terrible noise has been removed (Isolating motor noise). Generated air will be transmitted to the handle by a weatherproof and soundproof pipe. Due to the removing motor from handle, its weight and size are extremely decreased. As a result, it will be very ergonomic and easy to use.

Xima

Make it simple. As a sort of fil rouge, the principle of simplification inspires the Xima project. Ima Active provides the operators with an interface that guides them in the whole user experience path. The strength of Xima lies on being both compliant with the constraints imposed by the pharmaceutical market and easy-to-use. The result is a human-centered design that enhances the operators’ predictive capability, thus reducing the risk of critical situations and improving the quality of the final product.

Dual Station

Two stations are right angle having vertical and horizontal nozzle is the unique feature of DSDI PMP Wax Injection Press. It comes with patented vertical nozzle with ejector system. Operation cycle of dwell and work can be set such that only one operator can operate dual station. Real time operation parameter can be monitored and controlled by touch screen based control panel. With new user centric design it is possible to have one station now and second station can be added any time with same wax tank. Overall productivity, cost and cycle time has been optimized with 1+1 kind of solution.

Rotation Saw

A Power Chain Saw with a Revolving Handle. This chain has a handle that revolves 360° and stops at predefined angles. In general, people cut trees horizontally or vertically by turning their saws at certain angles or leaning or tilting their body parts. Unfortunately, the saw often slips from the user’s grasp or the user has to work in an awkward position, which may cause injuries. To make up for such drawbacks, the proposed saw is fitted with a revolving handle so that the user can adjust the cutting angles.
